This App is intended for users aged 13 and above. Parents or guardians should supervise minors’ use and ensure authorization. For further details, please see Section 9 of this Privacy Policy.

2.1 When you use our App, we ask for access to your device's photos and videos solely to let you choose and save edited photos. We will never access, modify, or delete other media files without your permission.
2.2 We use facial and body recognition technologies to identify and locate facial and body features (such as eyes, mouth, chin, and body contours) from user-selected images to enable AI-powered editing tools like Face, Smooth, Reshape, and Height.
We process only non-identifiable image data, such as facial feature points and localized image areas, strictly for the purposes of editing and enhancement. This data is never stored, reused, or disclosed to any third party, nor is it used for advertising, analytics, biometric identification, or tracking.
2.3 To support specific functionalities (for example, Face), your image may be briefly transmitted to our secure cloud infrastructure for optimized processing. All data is encrypted during transmission, and images are handled within secure, session-restricted environments, then permanently deleted upon completion of processing.
We will obtain your explicit consent through an in-app consent dialog before you first use any recognition-based feature. You can withdraw or disable these features anytime in your device settings. If the image includes another identifiable individual, you are responsible for informing them and obtaining their consent before use.
2.4 To improve our product and provide a more personalized experience, we collect certain operational data when you interact with our App, such as page views and button interactions.
2.5 When you submit feedback, we may gather limited usage data, including your App version, region, language, time zone, and network status. This data is collected only with your consent at the time of submission and is not gathered automatically. All related information is kept temporarily and deleted periodically.
2.6 AI-Powered Effects
When you use any AI-powered effect in FixPlus, including face or body enhancements, the image you select may be securely uploaded to our cloud service, processed by our AI servers, and returned to the App. All transmissions are encrypted using HTTPS and server-side encryption to ensure data security. Temporary files stored on the cloud are retained for up to three days and are automatically deleted thereafter.
We will obtain your explicit consent through an in-app permission dialog before you first use any AI-powered feature. You can withdraw your consent or disable these features at any time via the App settings. If the image contains other identifiable individuals, you are responsible for obtaining their consent before use. AI-powered effects are solely designed to generate image enhancements and are not used for advertising, analytics, or any other purposes.
We use the information and data we collect (including personal data) for the following purposes:
3.1 We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and to inform you of updates to our policies or terms of use.
3.2 We use technical and usage data to enhance our design, functionality, and content, allowing us to personalize your experience. This information helps us provide, develop, maintain, and improve our products and services, as well as support the overall operation of our business.
3.3 We use the collected data to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, copyright infringement, and other unlawful activities, to meet legal obligations, and to safeguard our rights as well as the safety of users and third parties.
We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we only share your personal information with third parties under the following circumstances:
4.1 When we obtain your explicit consent;
4.2 When required by national authorities, government agencies, or judicial and administrative bodies;
4.3 With service providers, including advertising service providers and technical support partners.
We may use third-party analytics services, such as Google Firebase Analytics, to better understand how users interact with our services. These tools capture interaction data within the App, which we process only in aggregated and anonymized form, ensuring that no individual user can be identified.
Currently, our advertising partner is Google AdMob, which may collect certain personal information (such as online identifiers and IP addresses) for purposes including advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Before collecting any such data, Google will always request your consent and is contractually obligated not to disclose or misuse this information.

To enhance and improve our services, we may display personalized advertisements within the app. You can choose to opt out of personalized ads at any time. If you do, you will continue to see advertisements, but they may be less relevant to your interests.
We do not store any Personal Data from you. Generated image files are saved locally on your device. We do not transmit them to our servers. All locally stored data can be deleted by uninstalling the App. For manually submitted data, such as feedback, you may request deletion by contacting us at fixplusios@gmail.com
We try to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure through our services. But please note that no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure or error-free.
Our products and services are designed for individuals aged 13 and above (or the minimum legal age applicable in your country or region).
Users below this age may use our services or share information only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to help ensure the protection of their child’s personal information.
