Before using our products and services, please read this Privacy Policy carefully and make sure you fully understand its contents, especially the sections highlighted in bold. Also, please note that by using our services, you consent to our processing of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
This App is intended for users aged 13 and above. Parents or guardians should supervise minors’ use and ensure authorization. For further details, please see Section 9 of this Privacy Policy.
References to we, us, our in this Privacy Policy are to MEER LIMITED.
2.1 When you use our App, we ask for access to your device's photos and videos solely to let you choose and save edited photos. We will never access, modify, or delete other media files without your permission.
2.2 We use facial and body recognition technologies to identify and locate facial and body features (such as eyes, mouth, chin, and body contours) from user-selected images to enable AI-powered editing tools like Face, Smooth, Reshape, and Height.
We analyze only the user-selected image to detect facial and body landmarks, contours, and relevant image regions needed to perform the requested edit. This recognition data is not used for advertising, analytics, biometric identification, authentication, tracking, profiling, or model training. For cloud-based AI effects, selected images and generated results may be temporarily stored and transferred through Google Cloud Storage as described in Section 2.6, and are deleted within the stated retention period.
2.3 To support specific functionalities (for example, Face), we analyze only the user-selected image to detect facial and body features needed to perform the requested edit. For cloud-based AI effects, selected images and generated results may be temporarily stored in and transferred through Google Cloud Storage as described in Section 2.6, and will be deleted within three days.
We will obtain your explicit consent through an in-app permission dialog before you first use any recognition-based or AI-powered feature that requires cloud processing. You can withdraw or disable these features anytime in your App settings. If the image includes another identifiable individual, you are responsible for informing them and obtaining their consent before use.
2.4 To improve our product and provide a more personalized experience, we collect certain operational data when you interact with our App, such as page views and button interactions.
2.5 When you submit feedback, we may gather limited usage data, including your App version, region, language, time zone, and network status. This data is collected only with your consent at the time of submission and is not gathered automatically. All related information is kept temporarily and deleted periodically.
2.6 AI-Powered Effects
When you use any AI-powered effect in FixPlus, including face or body enhancements, and provide explicit consent through the in-app permission dialog, the image you select may be securely uploaded for cloud processing. Google Cloud Storage is used only as cloud storage infrastructure to temporarily store and transfer the uploaded image and generated result. Google Cloud Storage does not perform AI generation or AI processing for FixPlus.
AI processing is performed by backend servers operated or controlled by FixPlus. We do not send user-selected photos to any third-party AI service, including Google AI, Gemini, Vertex AI, or any other third-party AI generation service.
The selected image may contain visible personal information, including face, body, clothing, background, and other image content. User-selected photos and generated results are used only to provide the requested AI editing feature. They are not used for advertising, analytics, tracking, profiling, biometric identification, or model training.
All transmissions are encrypted using HTTPS and server-side encryption. Temporary files stored in Google Cloud Storage are retained for up to three days and are automatically deleted thereafter.
We obtain your explicit consent through an in-app permission dialog before you first use any AI-powered feature. You can withdraw your consent or disable these features at any time via the App settings. If you cancel the consent dialog or disable AI-powered features, no photo will be uploaded for AI processing.
We use the information and data we collect (including personal data) for the following purposes:
3.1 We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and to inform you of updates to our policies or terms of use.
3.2 We use technical and usage data to enhance our design, functionality, and content, allowing us to personalize your experience. This information helps us provide, develop, maintain, and improve our products and services, as well as support the overall operation of our business.
3.3 We use the collected data to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, copyright infringement, and other unlawful activities, to meet legal obligations, and to safeguard our rights as well as the safety of users and third parties.
We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we only share your personal information with third parties under the following circumstances:
4.1 When we obtain your explicit consent;
4.2 When required by national authorities, government agencies, or judicial and administrative bodies;
4.3 With service providers, including advertising service providers and technical support partners.
We may use third-party services, including Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, to understand app usage, improve app stability, diagnose crashes, and improve our services. These services may collect app interaction data, device and app information, identifiers where applicable, crash logs, and diagnostic data. This information may be collected through Google SDKs, transmitted from the App to Google services using encrypted transmission, and processed and stored on Google servers, including servers located outside your country or region, in accordance with Google’s privacy policy and applicable data processing terms. We use this information to analyze app performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve the user experience.
We may also use Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to deliver and measure advertisements. AdMob may collect certain information, such as device identifiers where permitted, IP address, advertising data, ad interaction data, performance data, and diagnostic information, for purposes including ad delivery, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, service security, and SDK performance improvement. This information may be collected through Google SDKs, transmitted from the App to Google services using encrypted transmission, and processed and stored on Google servers, including servers located outside your country or region, in accordance with Google’s privacy policy and applicable data processing terms. Where required, we obtain user consent through the App or platform-provided consent mechanisms before collecting or using data for personalized advertising or tracking.

To enhance and improve our services, we may display personalized advertisements within the app. You can choose to opt out of personalized ads at any time. If you do, you will continue to see advertisements, but they may be less relevant to your interests.
We do not store personal information except as described in this Privacy Policy. For AI-powered effects, user-selected photos and generated results may be temporarily stored and transferred through Google Cloud Storage as described in Section 2.6, and are deleted after processing is complete or within three days. Generated image files saved by users are stored locally on the device. All locally stored data can be deleted by uninstalling the App. For manually submitted data, such as feedback, you may request deletion by contacting us at fixplusios@gmail.com
We try to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure through our services. But please note that no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure or error-free.
Our products and services are designed for individuals aged 13 and above (or the minimum legal age applicable in your country or region).
Users below this age may use our services or share information only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to help ensure the protection of their child’s personal information.
If we become aware that we have unintentionally collected personal data from a child, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
