The type of information we collect and process varies based on how you interact with our service. Importantly, we do not collect any personally identifiable information (Personal Data).

When you use the photo editing feature or camera, we need permission to access your local media to select images. When you save the photo, we need the storage permission of the local media to save the photo and change the save path; This permission is only for editing and saving photos. We will not obtain any video or photo from your device, nor will we modify or delete the content in your local media storage.

In addition, we collect certain operational data when you interact with our app, such as button clicks and page views. This information helps us deliver a more personalized experience and enhance our app’s performance. For example, we may use it to remember your general preferences (like your selected language) and to analyze the timing and duration of your activities, which can help us improve features that receive less user engagement.

We may use third-party analytics tools such as Google Firebase Analytics to help us analyze usage trends for the services. These tools will track the information on how you use our App. We may collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.

4. How to store and secure your information

InSlide Photo Video Maker does not store any Personal Data from you.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure through the service.

However, please understand that it is not 100% secure or error-free during information transmission or information storage. Namely, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the integrity and security of your information. If you have reason to believe that your information is not safe, please contact us immediately so that we can take the appropriate measures.

5. How we share, transfer, and disclose your information

5.1 Share

We promise to keep your information confidential. Except for the scenarios stipulated in this policy, we only share your necessary information with third parties in the following situations:

Google will always ask for your consent before collecting such data and is contractually required not to disclose or misuse this information.

You can choose to opt out of personalized ads at any time. If you do so, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to your interests.

5.2 Transfer

Except for the commercial needs, requirements of laws and regulations, mandatory administrative law enforcement, judicial or regulatory requirements, we will not transfer your information to any company, organization or individual. If a transfer is required, we will ask for your consent beforehand. Besides, you could delete your information at any time by uninstalling our apps.

5.3 Disclose

We only disclose your information in the following situations；

InSlide Photo Video Maker mainly provides its products and services to people over 13 years old (or the prescribed coming of age in your country/region). If you are the guardian of a child user (referred to as users who are under the age of 13 or the prescribed coming of age in their country/region), we remind you to properly perform guardianship duties to protect the safety of children's  information. If the children under your supervision use our products and services, please educate them on the proper and safe use of our products and services.
